I've been working on creating a website lately so that I can connect and communicate with one of my clients. He could see and use the webpage with a little effort and a few keystrokes. I could use my host's real-time method to construct the website. The site would be shown as it was being developed in this manner. Nevertheless, the client was unable to construct the website even with access to a web server running PHP in real-time. His lack of access to a development environment and a PHP installation was the primary problem.
